Inspired by Diving

Diving is our base of inspiration, and you will notice it in many details, such as the snorkeling mask-shaped desk, lamps in the shape of an oxygen tank, room numbers, works of art, and historical pieces.

The idea to build a Divers’ Paradise emerged after the dive center was renovated. Our initial goal was to create a state-of-the-art boutique hotel for divers within walking distance of their equipment, the dive school, and the Caribbean.

Today, we offer more than just a hotel for divers; we are a destination for anyone seeking a unique sea and water experience. Our diverse range of guests includes diving enthusiasts and those who wish to relax by the ocean. Additionally, our mini diving museum features a collection of rare and vintage diving equipment, including an original autograph of Jacques Cousteau.

Bocas del Toro is an adventurous destination with much to explore, but if you want to have a calm day at the hotel, relaxing on our deck and enjoying the ocean view will be a great option.

For those sea lovers who came here to enjoy every water activity possible, we have a diverse range of options. From snorkeling to kayaking, and even SUP paddle equipment, all available for our guests to use for free near the hotel.

The Cherie on top is to enjoy ¨Mayday ¨ and jump into the water to discover a plane wreck, sunken boat, and artificial coral heart in the footsteps of our hotel’s deck. Our incredible and exclusive diving site!

Electricity and water are precious and protected by those who live in Bocas: you will receive reminders and suggestions to avoid excessive use.

ELECTRICITY IS INTERMITTENT

Depending on different factors, the town of Bocas experiences power outages for two hours or more at times. Divers Paradise has a power generator to ensure the hotel does not lose supply.

POTABLE WATER IS LIMITED

Bocas residents often ration the potable water service to prevent scarcity. Water lack can lead to serious consequences, which is why we ask for your cooperation in water conservation. We also collect rainwater and purchase additional water to ensure our guests' needs are met.

WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION IS INTERMITTENT

During your stay, our Wi-Fi network may experience interruptions in service. Please be aware that we subscribe to two different internet providers to ensure the best possible connectivity. Despite this, occasional issues may still occur. When that happens, we encourage you to connect even more with our natural and cultural universe!
